Cancellations and Returns Policy

(a) The Customer may only cancel an Order, once the Company has taken any steps to commence the fulfilment of the Order, with the Company's prior written consent (which may be given by email, and at the Company's sole and absolute discretion). The Company will refuse to accept any Goods returned to the Company without prior permission. Custom-made or modified products are non-returnable. This includes printed and branded Goods.

(b) Goods can only be returned by the Customer following authorisation in writing from the Company's Sales Manager (which may include email) and a returns number. Goods must be returned by the Customer to the Company within 7 days of the date of issue of the returns number.

(c) In respect of any Goods returned to the Company with its permission or the cancellation of any Contract which is accepted at the sole discretion of the Company, the Customer shall be responsible for returning the Goods to the Company; this includes the cost of returning the Goods. Some returns may be subject to an administration/restocking charge of 20% of the total value of the Goods. The Company shall be entitled to deduct the aforementioned restocking fee for any returned item that is not in a resaleable condition, has been used or is not in its original packaging. The Company shall also be entitled to deduct from any refund given by the Company to the Customer for such Goods the cost of delivery of the Goods to the Customer. Acceptance of any cancellation by the Company shall be without prejudice to any liabilities which have arisen under these conditions prior to acceptance of cancellation, and are subject to the Goods being returned to the Company packaged in the same manner as they were originally sent.

(d) The Customer may return Goods with a value of up to and including £500, excluding bespoke, branded or printed Goods. The maximum return value is based on the price the Customer paid at the time the Order was placed.
