How to install acoustic panels

• Glue, drill (if necessary) and other tools

Steps:

  1. Determine the location and quantity of the acoustic panels needed. Consider the size of the room and the placement of furniture and other objects.
  2. Measure and mark the locations for the panels on the walls or ceilings using a pencil or chalk.
  3. Apply a small amount of adhesive glue on the back of the panel or on the wall/ceiling where the panel will be placed.
  4. Press the panel firmly against the wall/ceiling, ensuring it is level and flush. Use a level or ruler to ensure the panel is straight if necessary.
  5. Hold the panel in place for a few seconds until the adhesive sets. Repeat the process for all the panels.
  6. If the panels are large or heavy, use screws and anchors for added support. Drill a small pilot hole in the wall/ceiling, then insert the anchor and screw. Hang the panel on the screws.
  7. Use a ladder or step stool for ceiling panels to reach the installation location safely.
